Thank you for registering for a CFWS Workshop. CFWS sponsored workshops benefit our membership and the public.
CFWS Members: 50% OPTION: members can opt to pay 50% of workshop fee when registering, with balance of registration fee due on or before THIRTY DAYS prior to workshop start date to reserve your spot.
Registrations made within thirty days of workshop start will require full payment. You will receive an email reminder with details on balance payment options. Non-payment of balance will result in your registration/reservation being placed on hold. 50% deposits will not be refunded unless request is made THIRTY DAYS prior to workshop start. (A SPECIAL EXCEPTION refund request must be made to the CFWS board if refund request is after the THIRTY DAYS prior to workshop start date.)
TWO OPTIONS TO PAY: ONLINE OR MAIL-IN
1. Complete registration form below and pay online using a credit card and the secure CFWS Paypal Account (you do not need a PayPal account to pay online) or;
2. Complete registration form below, submit, and mail your check, payable to Central Florida Watercolor Society to CFWS, PO Box 941512, Maitland, FL 32794-1512. *Your space is reserved once funds clear accounts.
Online and mail-in registrations must be received three days prior to workshop start. (Space permitting, you can sign up during the CFWS member meeting immediately preceding the workshops.)
CFWS CANCELLATION POLICY
|• Cancellation fee is 50% of the workshop fee. If attendee finds a replacement who is not yet registered to fill his/her slot, the cancellation fee will be reduced to 10% of the workshop fee.
• SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS: Refunds, due to true emergency or your special situation, will be considered by the CFWS Board. Contact Workshop Registrar.
WORKSHOP REGISTRATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED INDIVIDUALLY AND FOR EACH WORKSHOP YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING.
