Please Note: The workshop is now full! We will now be starting a waiting list for the Christopher Leeper workshop. Please complete the registration form and submit to the workshop registrar. You name will be placed on a waitlist in order of date submitted. In event of a cencellation, you will be contacted and, if still interested, you will pay your fee by check and fill the spot.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:

Once registered and your fee payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. CFWS has reserved ten rooms at the Hampton Inn in Mt Dora off of 441 . The room rate will be $169.00 a night. Reservations end February 1st. More hotel accommodation information will be included in your confirmation email.

If you would like to book a room at the Lakeside Inn, they have rooms available for us at the discount rate of $179 a night. This is within walking distance to MDCA and to surrounding restaurants. More information to follow after registration.

 Mount Dora Historic Inn would like to extend a 10% off promotion to the people who are attending the Central Florida watercolor society meet up in Mount Dora. We are a 3 minute walk to the Mount Dora Center for the Arts.

Our guests are offered breakfast for two at Cody’s on Fourth. 

In all of our rooms, we put in new LG 43″ Smart TVs, Alexa devices with smart speakers and clock, keyless entry locks, USB charging lamps on each side of the bed, and bidets in the bathrooms. The hotel has a classic appeal with a modern feel.

CFWS Workshop Cancellation Policy

  1. In order to reserve your spot, Payment in Full is required upon registration.
  2. Refund/Cancellation requests will be handled in the following manner:
    1. Over 60 days out: Refund issued with $25 cancellation fee
    2. 14 days – 59 days out: 50% refund of workshop fee
    3. Less than 13 days out: No refunds will be issued.

The board has sole discretion on whether to make an exception to the above policy. Contact our Workshop Registrar with any questions.
