Although we closed the submissions for our ‘Celebrations’ theme, we’ve extended the submission opportunity window. We invite your participation in this open call extending the summer online show.
Entries will be accepted on our website through summers end, Sept 30, 2026. Your work will appear with the Celebration Show but in a separate gallery.
This is a CFWS members only online opportunity & submit a work. Sign up or renew your CFWS Membership.

  • One entry per member please.  Your entry confirms that the work entered is your own, without the help of instructors, and that copyrighted images by others have not been incorporated into your work.
  • The artwork image file must be in JPEG format. Crop your photo so only the image of the painting is showing, no mat or frame. The image should be straight, right side up and the color and exposure as true to your painting. You will need to resize your image to 600 pixels on the longest side and set the resolution to 72 dpi (using a photo editing program such as Photoshop Elements or one of the editing programs that are part of Windows or Macintosh platforms.)

ELIGIBILITY:
Current membership status is required. Dues for the 2026-27 season must be current. Your membership status can be found on our website.  Renew your membership online.

CFWS reserves the right to decline artwork deemed inappropriate. Artists will be contacted of rejection and can request a discussion with the board.
