During the Orlando Science Center Make Fest– a celebration of creators and their creations – the Central Florida Watercolor Societyhad supplies for guests to try their hand at watercolor lessons. This was a fun outreach event. Cindy Sturla, Janet Asbury, Teresa Chin and Charlotte Cipes had a successful series of three 45 minute workshops.
Nancy Larkin and Ann Worrell taught a stream of students at the entrance to the Hive. They had fun making bookmarks and spirit paintings.
Out in the exhibit halls we had a team of plein air painters creating beautiful art and talking up our society with interested families.
