Show is restricted to CFWS membership with dues paid for 2024-25 season.

December 1, 2024 – January 15, 2025 – Members submission window
January 19, 2025 – January 30, 2025    Judge Selects        
February  1, 2025—Notification of acceptance or rejection. 
February 24, 2025 —Painting’s drop-off at Center for Health & Wellbeing (Time 12 – 4p)
March 7, 2024—Reception at Center for Health & Wellbeing from 6 – 8pm 

Submissions accepted December 1, 2024 through January 15, 2025.
Submission fees: $25 single submission, $30 for two submissions.

Entries must be in watercolor or water based medium (watercolor, acrylic in an aqueous manner, gouache, egg tempura, and casein) on paper,  Yupo or watercolor canvas boards. 

Your entry confirms that the work entered is your own, without the help of instructors, and that copyrighted images by others have not been incorporated into your work.

ELIGIBILITY:
Current membership status is required. Dues for the 2024-25 season must be paid.

All work is welcome, no theme specified.  CFWS reserves the right to decline artwork deemed inappropriate. Artists will be contacted of rejection and can request a discussion with the board.

Submissions will be reviewed by the show Jurist for acceptance. Our juror for 2025 is Cheryl Fausel AWS, NWS, SW,FWS. If your work is selected, you will be notified via email on February 1, 2025 with drop-off on February 24, 2024. Framing according to CFWS Show Framing Standards required.

CONDITIONS FOR ARTISTS I understand that this is a juried show for current paid CFWS members. I understand that the show fees are non-refundable and my submission(s) may or may not be selected for inclusion in the show.

STEP TWO:
