Goodbye for Now!
Ken Austin’s Farewell Art Exhibition at FAVO Studio #149, 221 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32801
Presented by Art For All Spaces
After a remarkable career that has splashed more than a little color on the Orlando art scene, Ken Austin, the master watercolorist and founder of the Central Florida Watercolor Society, is hanging up his brushes… well, sort of. In his last hurrah before officially retiring from his FAVO Studio #149, Austin invites you to *Goodbye for Now!*, a special exhibition where art lovers can own a piece of his legacy—or just come to say “so long” before he closes shop. The exhibition will run on November 1st and 2nd from 6 PM to 9 PM, with a final encore on November 15th and 16th during the same hours.

“Anticipation” – Known for his bold, unapologetic use of color, Ken Austin’s work stands apart from many watercolorists who favor subdued tones. “I like to tell other artists in their development to never be afraid of using color,” says Austin.

He’s never shied away from making a statement with his palette, and that courage is what has cemented him as one of Orlando’s most iconic artists.

“Geomancy IV” – True to his own advice, his pieces radiate with bright, in-your-face colors that bring his subjects to life.

Austin isn’t just known for his flowing watercolor techniques; he’s also one of the visionary architects behind The Mennello Museum. His career has been defined by decades of exceptional exhibitions and a profound influence on the Central Florida art community. But now, with the paint finally drying, Austin is offering art enthusiasts one last chance to acquire his masterpieces—because once these doors close, good luck getting your hands on them! Reasonable offers will be considered, but fair warning: this might be your last shot at nabbing one of his iconic pieces.

“Ken’s work has always been in high demand,” says Brad Biggs, founder of Art For All Spaces. “And now, it’s almost like buying a collector’s item—except you’ll be bargaining with a living legend!”

The *Goodbye for Now!* exhibition offers an exclusive opportunity to purchase Ken Austin’s artwork directly from his studio before he officially retires. With just two weekends to explore and collect, fans and collectors alike will want to mark their calendars.
