Janet’s poem:
Here I am again
Musing on the irony
What does this raffle ticket
Really mean to me?
I’ve had much success,
Accolades in the halls,
Paying my dues
I worked for it all.
It’s not a big deal
A raffle ticket for free
But just this once
Why couldn’t it be me?
