Marcela Moglia lives in Winter Garden, Florida. She has been painting since 1994. She is intrigued by the action of color and texture to communicate emotion and atmosphere. Ms. Moglia works in both impressionist and abstract styles and is inspired by her extensive travels. She exhibits in local venues and participated in the Florida Watercolor Society Member Shows.

"Eruption"

Vesuvius eruption typically include explosive eruptions as well as pyroclastic flows, a high density mix of hot lava blocks, pumice, ash and volcanic gas. Pliny the Younger wrote about "black and horrible clouds, broken by sinuous shapes of flaming wind".
